Pantry Hours & Appointments

The AAOK Fresh Market Pantry is open every other Saturday (bi-weekly) from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, by appointment only. To schedule your pantry appointment, please text 512-679-5883. Appointments are required, and we kindly ask that you receive confirmation before arriving. Walk-ins are not guaranteed service. Because our pantry is primarily operated by dedicated volunteers, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to serve each family as efficiently as possible.

Emergency Food Assistance

AAOK is not an emergency food pantry. However, if you are experiencing an urgent food need, please text 512-679-5883 and indicate that you are requesting emergency assistance. We will do our best to assist based on available food, volunteer staffing, and capacity. Emergency assistance cannot be guaranteed.

Application Requirement

All individuals receiving pantry assistance will be required to complete an application at the time of pickup. This information helps AAOK maintain accurate records, understand the needs of the families we serve, and continue providing quality community services.
